If you received a charge on your credit you don't understand or agree with, please open a trouble ticket with our support team, and we will investigate the charge immediately with our payment processor. If the charge is valid, we will explain why in writing, or refund the charge if you were billed in error. You do not need to open a formal dispute with your bank, we may be able to fix the charge right away, and save both of us some time.
